Died May 26, 2015, in Leeds General Infirmary, aged 66 years.

Son of the late Bob and Kit, Brother of Robert, Brother-in-law of Gail. Much loved Uncle to Kelly, Hayley, Gina, Andrew and Peter, Great- Uncle to Jenson and Eliza.

Will be greatly missed by Family and Friends.

The Funeral takes place on Friday, July 10, at 1.40pm, at Lawnswood Crematorium, Otley Road, Leeds, LS16 6AH.
