Of Madeley, Telford, passed away suddenly on June 17, 2015, aged 64 years.

Dear Husband of Susan, Father of Jason, Linda and Taz and Grandad to Josie, who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

FuneralService, 3pm, Friday, June 26, at All Saints Church, Broseley, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for All Saints Church, Broseley, would be appreciated.

I loved you more than words can say a brother to be proud of you were kind, caring and a most loving person seeing you today you looked so much like mum bought it all back for me how great a loss this is.
