Of Monkmoor, Shrewsbury.
Passed away on Friday, June 12, 2015, aged 48 years.
Adored loving Husband of Karen, devoted Dad to Ross and Daniel, cherished Son of Dora and Bill and a much loved Brother of Michael.
He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Thursday, June 25, 2015, at 11am.
Please wear a splash of colour.
Family flowers only please but any kind donations will be divided between Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham Cancer Research and the Severn Hospice.
