On June 3, 2015, following an illness aged 54 years.
Much loved and fondly remembered, Dave will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at The Parish Church of St Mary Magdalene, Bridgnorth, onMonday, June 22, at 1.30pm, to be followed by Interment at Bridgnorth Town Cemetery.
Family flowers only by request please but donations for the O'Connor Haematology Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital NHS Trust are being gratefully appreciated for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Church.
