On May 4, 2015, peacefully at Hagley Place Care Home, Ludlow, Dr Patricia Smith, of Neenton, near Bridgnorth, aged 100 years.
A Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving for the life of Dr Smith will take place at The Parish Church of St John the Baptist, Ditton Priors, near Bridgnorth on Monday, June 22, at 2pm.
