Passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on Friday, December 2, 2011, will be lovingly remembered by her beloved Husband Len and by her much loved Children Rachael, Heidi, Laura and Vicki and forever rememberedby her precious Grandchildren.

Funeral Service will take place at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Friday, December 16, at 2pm.
