A much loved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Nephew and Friend.

David passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on May 10, 2015.

A Funeral Service will be held at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Friday, May 29, 2015, at 2.30pm.

Please do not bring flowers.

No Funeral attire.

Donations would be appreciated to the Severn Hospice and Shropshire Wildlife Trust.
