Of Bayston Hill. Beloved Wife of Allan, much loved Mum to Jenny, Clive and Tracy, loving Nanny to Katie, Dan, George, Ryan and Connor and a cherished Daughter of Mrs Rene Lancaster, passed away in hospital.

The Funeral Service will take place in Emstrey Crematorium, London Road on Thursday, May 28, at 3.15pm.

Family flowers only please, however all kind donations will assist in the amazing work of Dr O'Connor's Shropshire Blood Trust Fund.

It would be appreciated by Pat'sFamily if everyone could wear a splash of colour.
