Passed away peacefully at Churchill House Nursing Home, May 13, 2015.
Mother to Caroline and David, Grandmother to Steven, Stacey and Jake, Great-Grandmother to Tilly.
Cremation to take place at Hereford Crematorium, Tuesday, May 26, at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only but if desired donations to The Stroke Association.
