Of Dawley, Telford, passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on May 7, 2015, aged 74 years.

Beloved Wife of the late Sonny, much loved Mom of Tracy, Tina and Tony and Nan of Emma, Melissa, Louis, Ben, Luke and Paige.

Safely taking care of babies Jazmyn, Jaxon and Jazlynne.

Funeral Service, 3pm, Friday, May 22, at Holy Trinity Church, Dawley, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between Ward 9 at The Princess Royal Hospital and Macmillan Nurses, would be appreciated.
