Phill will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St. Andrew's Church, Shifnal, on Thursday, May 14,2015, at 12.15pm, followed by Interment at Shifnal Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations to be divided between St. Andrew's Church and MIND.
