Of Madeley, Telford. Passed away at the Severn Hospice, Telford on April 29, 2015, aged 68 years.
Much loved Husband of Janet, adored Father of Sarah and Caroline and Grandfather of Ethan, Cillian and Elliott.
Neil willbe so sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 9.45am, Saturday, May 16, at St. Michael's Church, Madeley, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for theSevern Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
