Formerly of Far Vallens, Hadley, Telford, passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on April 23, 2015, aged 68 years.
Dearly loved Wife of Brian, loving Mom of Karen and Debbie and Grandma to Natalie, Kieran, Hannah, Aaron and Sam.
Funeral Service, 2pm, Monday, May 11, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only please but donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford, would be appreciated.
