Of Coalport, Telford, passed away suddenly on April 20, 2015, aged 61 years.

Beloved Husband of Jenny, much loved Brother to Stephen and Malcolm and a loving Brother-in-law and Uncle.

Funeral Service, 11am, Friday, May 8, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between Hope House Children's Hospice and The Midlands Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
