Passed away suddenly in The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, on April 21, 2015, aged 53 years.

A treasured Dad to Daniel and Laura, a devoted Son to Jessie, a loving Brother to Alan.

Paul willbe sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, May 11, 2015, at 1.45pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be shared between Diabetes UK and the Stroke Association, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
