Passed away peacefully at home on April 25, 2015, aged 72 years.
Beloved Husband of Chris.
Loved and so dearly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Hereford Crematorium, on Friday,May 8, at 10.30am.
No black clothing at the Family's request please.
Family flowers only please.
