Peacefully at Mill House Nursing Home, Witney, Oxfordshire, on April 15, 2015.
Devoted Husband of the late Marian Cheadle, loving Father to Sarah and Father-in-law to Nick and Papa to Emily and Alexander.
The FuneralService will take place at South Oxfordshire Crematorium, on Friday, May 1, at 11am.
Family flowers only but donations are welcome to The Alzheimer's Society.
