Passed away peacefully at Morris Care Nursing Home in the evening of April 14, 2015, in the presence of her Son David, Daughter-in-law Chris and Grandchildren Leigh and Hannah.

Funeral Service Friday, May 1,at Holy Trinity Church, Wrockwardine Wood, 2pm, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Alzheimer's Research UK would be appreciated.
