Beloved precious Husband, Dad, Grandad, Brother and Father-in-law.

Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving Family on April 15, 2015, aged 80 years.

Pat will be sadly missed by his adoring Familyand Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St Winefride's Church, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at 12.30pm, followed by Cremation at 1.45pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired will be divided between Hospice at Home Nurses and St Winefride's Church.
