Of Aston Road, Wem, passed away peacefully in Coton Hill House, on April 11, 2015, aged 78 years.

A treasured Dad to Denise, Diane and Julie, a much loved Grandad to Russell, Neil, Lorraine, Natalie, Karla and Joshua.

Den will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at 1.45pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to The Alzheimer's Society for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
