Passed away suddenly on April 1, 2015 aged 75 years.
Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, April 17, at3pm.
Floral tributes or donations if desired for Cancer Research UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
