Passed away peacefully at Hereford County Hospital, on March 19, 2015.

Funeral Service will takeplace at Hereford Crematorium, on Thursday, April 2, at 11.15am, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Old Radnor Church, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only.
