After a long illness on November 5, 2011, aged 81 years, of Lower Road, Hookgate, Ashley, beloved Husband of the late Brenda, much loved Dad of Gill and Barbara, Father-in-law of Terry and Philip, loving Grandadof Sally, Emma and Lorna, Great-Grandad of Morgan, Maddison, Leo, Corey and Jacob.

Funeral Service, 2.40pm, at Bradwell Crematorium, on Thursday, November 17, 2011.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for The Morley-Davies Cardiac Department, at the North Staffs Hospital for which purpose a collection plate will be provided at the Crematorium.
