Of Dawley, Telford and formerly of Hadley.
Passed away suddenly on March 1, 2015, aged 64 years.
Loving Dad of Georgina, devoted Grandad of Finley, Elliot and Francesca and a beloved Brother, who will be forever remembered by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 12 noon, Saturday March 14, at St. Patrick's Church, Wellington, followed by Interment in Hadley Cemetery.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The Midlands Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
