Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on February 27, 2015, aged 72 years.
Devoted Husband of the late Lin, a much loved Father to Andrew and Grandfather to Tom and Florence.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, March 17, at 11am.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
