MINNIKEN

Mark John

Of Hadley, Telford, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2015, at The Princess Royal Hospital, aged 53 years.

Dearly loved Son of John and Eileen, much loved Father of Jade, Zoe, Sophie and Hayley, his Partner Lisa Bailey and by all of his Grandchildren.

Mark will be dearly missed by all of his loving Family and Friends.

Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to The ICU at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford.
