Of Wellington, Telford, passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on February 22, 2015, aged 51 years.

Devoted Wife of Steven, much loved Mum of Ben and Jess, cherished Nan of Emilyand Kaitlyn, loving Daughter of Brian and Rosemary, Sister of John.

She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 10am, Tuesday, March 10, at Holy Trinity Church, Hadley, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Strictly no black mourning dress.

Family flowers only by request or if desired donations to the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
