Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on February 15, 2015, aged 18 years.

Beloved Son of Jayne and Adrian. Loving Brother to Lee, Stephan and Tia. Dear Uncle to Kayden-Lee.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, March 9, at 11am.

Would Mourners please wear bright colours and spots.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please towards a memorial of the Family's choice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
