Of Wellington, Telford, passed away suddenly at home, on February 6, 2015, aged 43 years.
Loving Son of Edith and the late Jim, Brother to Liz and John and Uncle to Joshua.
Committal Service at 11am, on Wednesday, March 4, at Telford Crematorium, followed by a Thanksgiving Service at The Union Free Church, Constitution Hill, Wellington at 12 noon.
Family flowers only by request please but donations for The County Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
