Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on February 18, 2015, aged 77 years, surrounded by his loving Family.

Dearly beloved Husband of Pam, much loved Dad of Julie, dear Father-in-law of Graham and devoted Grandad of Michael and Kirsty.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, March 5, 2015, at 4pm.

Black dress optional.

No flowers by request.

Donations if desired please for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
