Passed away tragically on October 23, 2011, aged 28 years, of Tyn y Wern, Llanfair Caereinion, beloved Husband of Awel, much loved Son of Paul and Anne, younger Brother to Louise and Victoria, adored Uncle of Oscar and Monty.

Funeral Service, Meifod Parish Church, on Thursday, November 3, at 11am, followed by Interment at Green Lane Burial Field, Abermule.

Family flowers only, donations if so desired to Help for Heroes.
