Passed away on January 17, 2015, at The University Hospital of North Staffordshire, following a tragic accident, aged 68 years.

Dearest Daughter of the late Norman and Kathleen.

Susan will be sadly missed by her everloving Aunt Noel, all her Family and Friends by the Staff and Residents at Yockleton Grange and by the Congregation at Holy Trinity Church, Yockleton.

Funeral Service to take place at Holy Trinity Church, Yockleton, on Friday, February 13, 2015, at 2pm, followed by Cremation at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, at 3.15pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if wished will be divided between Yockleton Grange Resident's Comforts Fund and Shrewsbury MENCAP.
