The Family of the late Miss Evelyn Jervis wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and former Neighbours for the cards, letters and other messages of sympathy, love and support received at this sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to the Parish Church of St Peter the Apostle, Worfield Fabric Fund.

Special thanks to her Doctors and to the Staff at Bradeney House Care Home at Worfield for all the care and kindness shown to Evelyn, to The Flower Shop at Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral tributes, to all at Worfield Cricket Club for your warm hospitality, to Steve and Norma and their Team from The Tudor Room in Bridgnorth for theexcellent post Funeral reception catering arrangements and to Mr Colin Bailey and Organist Mr Oliver Clarke for leading us in a most thoughtful and appropriate Celebration of Evelyn's life.
