Of Ludlow, passed away peacefully in Ludlow Hospital, on October 22, 2011, aged 67 years. Beloved Wife of the late Jim, adored Mum of Julie and Jason, special Mother-in-law of Stuart and Sarah and cherished Daughter of Violet and the late Bert Lewis, treasured Nan of Thomas, George, Kayla, Leigh and Demi, loved and so dearly missed by her Family and many Friends, especially her Brothers Tom, David and John, her Auntie Lucy, all her Nephews and Nieces and not forgettingyour faithful companion Jack the dog.

Special thanks are given to her Niece Janet for all the love and support she has given Gwen, Julie and Jason over the past few weeks.

Funeral Service to take place at St John's Church, Ludlow, on Friday, October 28, at 12 noon, followed by Burial in Ludlow Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, with kind donations received in Gwen's memory being divided between The Midland Air Ambulance and The League of Friends at Ludlow Hospital.
