Passed away peacefully in the Severn Hospice, on January 23, 2015, aged 62 years.

A devoted Husband to Marion and a much loved Dad to Sturcha, Barrie and David, a treasured Grandad to Chloe,Josh and Ffion.

Dave will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Friday, February 6, 2015, at 4pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be shared between The Severn Hospice and St Lucia's Church, Upton Magna, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
