Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital surrounded by her Family, on January 17, 2015.

Wife of the late Ted James, dearly loved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, Auntie and Friend.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, February 9, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be divided between Sambrook House Comforts Fund and The British Lung Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
