Dear Husband of Jean, beloved Dad of Yvonne and Louise, Father-in-law of Chrispin and Kevin and a loved Grandad of Nathan and Callum.

Funeral Service, 2.30pm, Thursday, February 5, 2015, at St. Leonard's Church, Woore, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for Diabetes UK, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
