Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on October 12, 2011, aged 86 years. Much loved Husband of the late Doreen, Dad of Sandra, Janet, Pauline, Margaretand Michael, Grandad of Richard, Samantha, George, Grace and the late Michelle and Father- in-law.

Funeral Service, 3pm, Monday, October 31, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations to be be divided between Ward4 at The Princess Royal Hospital and The Midland Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
