Of Wingfield Gardens, Shrewsbury.
Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving Family on January 22, 2015, aged 72 years.
A devoted Husband to Gwen and a much loved Dad to Margaret, David, Paul, Janice,April, Wendy, Tim and Jo.
A loving Father-in-law, a treasured Grandad and Great-Grandad, a loving Brother to Rose, Pete and Jackie.
Dave will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, February 12, 2015, at 1.45pm.
Family flowers only please.
Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
