Of Orchard Drive, Minsterley. Passed away peacefully on Friday, January 9, 2015, at The Community Hospital, Bishop's Castle, aged 60 years.

A devoted Husband to Val, much loved Dad to Julie and Sarah, Father-in-law to Chris and Martyn, a treasured Grandad to Emma, Jade, Abbie, Connor and Declan and a Great-Grandad to Heath, a loving Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle and a caring Nephew.

Dave will be sadly missed by all his Family and many Friends.

Funeral Serviceat Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Saturady, January 31, 2015, at 11am.

Family flowers only, donations would be appreciated for Bishop's Castle Community Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
