Passed away peacefully on January 18, 2015, aged 73 years. Beloved Wife of Terry, much loved Mother of Michelle and the late Tracey, Debra and Lisa, Sons-in-law, Grandchildren and Great- Grandchildren.

Funeral Service to take place at Telford Crematorium, at 11am, on Wednesday, February 4.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired to the Renal Unit at The Princess Royal Hospital and the Severn Hospice.
