Of Stirchley, Telford, passed away on January 6, 2015.

Much loved Son, Dad, Grandad and Brother.

Funeral Service will be held at 3pm, Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The Cot Death Society would be appreciated.
