Passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 10, 2015, aged 73 years, at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.

Beloved Wife of Brian, Daughter of Dodie, cherished Mum of Christian, Jamie and Rebecca and adored by all her Grandchildren, Family and Friends.

She will be greatly missed.

Funeral Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium on Tuesday, January 27, at 4pm.

Family flowers only but kind donations received in Fay's memory, will be given to the Severn Hospice, donation envelopes will be provided at the Funeral.
