Passed away at the Severn Hospice on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, after a long illness, aged 46 years. Son of the late George and Megan Evans, beloved Father of Caroline and Shauna, much loved Brother, Brother-in- law, Uncle and Great-Uncle.

Funeral Service to be held at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham on Tuesday, January 27, at 3.30pm.

Andy has requested that black attire is not necessary.
