Passed away peacefully on January 11, 2015, at Vicarage Care Nursing Home, Bayston Hill, aged 93 years.

Devoted Husband of the late Mary, loving Dad of David, Father-in-law of Ann, treasured Grandad of Emily and Fiona, Great-Grandad of Rufus and Theodora.

Jack will be greatly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Wednesday, January 28, at 3.15pm.

Family flowers only please.
