Of Beech Road, Madeley, Telford. Passed away on January 4, 2015, aged 54 years.
Beloved Son of Betty and the late Bill, who will be sadly missed by all his Family.
A Civil Funeral Service will take place at 1pmon Wednesday, January 21, at Telford Crematorium Chapel, followed by Interment in Castle Green Cemetery.
Donations for Headway Shropshire would be appreciated or flowers are welcome.
