Loving Husband of Valerie, Father of Marcus, John and Rachel, Grandad of Robert and George.
My dear 'Sibby' fell peacefully to sleep surrounded by his loving Family on December 23, 2014, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
A Service will take place on January 21, 2015, at 10.15am, at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, to Commemorate the life of Philip, which he so very much enjoyed with his Family.
Oh how we are going to miss him.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired will be shared between The Renal Unit and The Walk In Centre at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
