Of Holyhead Road, Oakengates, Telford. Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her Family on December 22, 2014, aged 54 years.

Loving Wife of Steve, devoted Mum of Adam and Sam, beloved Daughter of Edna and the late Raymondand Nan of Beth, Mia, Shannon, Lexie and Mahne. Who will be forever remembered by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 1.45pm, Wednesday, January 7, at Shrewsbury Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between Hospice at Home, The Lingen Davies Cancer Fund and Marie Curie Nurses (Local Appeal) would be appreciated.
