Passed away peacefully at home on December 9, 2014, aged 80 years.

Dearly beloved Husband of Pat, loving Brother-in-law of Tony and Family.

Sadly missed by all that knew him.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, December 29, at 1pm.

No flowers by request.

Donations if desired please to be divided between Hope House Children's Hospice and Ward 23 Oncology at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
