Of Park Close, St. Georges, Telford.

Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on December 14, 2014, aged 75 years.

Beloved Husband of the late Mary, Father of Kerry and Ian, and much loved Grandad of Remy, Autumn, Trinity, Mitchell and Owen.

Funeral Service to be held at St. Georges Parish Church, on Tuesday, December 23, 2014, at 12 noon, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired please to be divided between Cancer Research UK and the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
